in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Services; and
through your interactions with us in connection with the Services.

Children Under the Age of 18
Our Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under 18 may use the Services or provide any information to us through the Services.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information, subject to legal obligations and technical limitations (including the limitations of public blockchain records). Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect several types of information from and about users of the Services, including:
1) Personal Information
Information by which you may be personally identified or contacted, such as:
legal name;
email address;
phone number (if collected);
mailing address (if collected);
tax or payout-related information (if required for reward payouts or compliance);
government-issued identification or verification information (if required for identity verification, KYC, fraud prevention, or compliance).
2) Account and Profile Information
Information associated with your account and profile, such as:
username / user handle;
profile image;
profile bio;
banner image;
link-in-bio content;
account preferences and settings;
account identifiers.
3) Wallet and Onchain Participation Information
Information related to your use of blockchain-enabled features of the Services, such as:
your embedded wallet address and/or connected wallet address;
wallet-related identifiers associated with your account;
Staking and Unstaking activity;
chart participation activity;
reward eligibility and reward distribution records;
smart contract addresses and track-linked contract identifiers; and
other onchain activity associated with your use of the Services.
Some of this information may be publicly visible on blockchain networks and may be immutable.
4) Artist and Content Information
If you are an Artist (or otherwise upload content), we may collect:
Track files and related uploads;
artwork, titles, descriptions, and metadata;
account and profile information associated with your Artist account; and
information you provide in support requests, rights/infringement reports, or onboarding forms.
5) Usage and Device Information
Information about your interactions with the Services and the devices you use, such as:
IP address;
browser type and version;
device identifiers;
operating system;
referring URLs;
pages or screens viewed;
clicks, session activity, and interaction logs;
dates and times of access; and
approximate location inferred from IP address.
6) Communications Information
Information contained in communications with us, including:
emails and support messages;
survey responses; and
feedback submissions.
7) Information From Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, including:
authentication and wallet infrastructure providers (such as Dynamic or similar providers);
analytics providers;
fraud prevention or identity verification providers;
payment or payout service providers;
marketing, sponsorship, or reward fulfillment partners; and
social media or login providers (if enabled).

We collect information:
1) Directly From You
When you:
create an account;
set up your profile;
use chart, Staking, reward, or other platform features;
upload Tracks or other content;
contact support;
respond to surveys;
participate in promotions, missions, or reward programs; or
provide identity verification or payout information.
2) Automatically
As you navigate and interact with the Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect usage, device, and technical information, including through:
cookies;
web beacons / pixels;
server logs;
analytics tools; and
similar tracking technologies.
3) From Third Parties
We may receive information from third parties that support our Services, including identity, wallet, analytics, payout, compliance, fraud prevention, and sponsorship/reward partners.
4) From Public Blockchain Networks
Certain participation activity (including Staking, Unstaking, and reward-related transactions) may be recorded on public blockchain networks. We may collect and associate onchain records with your account and use of the Services.
Information You Provide to Us
The information you provide to us through the Services may include:
account registration information;
profile and link-in-bio content;
Artist uploads (Tracks, artwork, metadata, descriptions);
support messages and correspondence;
identity verification and payout information (where applicable);
information submitted in connection with rewards, promotions, or redemption;
survey responses and feedback; and
information you choose to make available through public profile or sharing features.
If you submit content or profile information to public areas of the Services, that information may be visible to other users and may be shared by others. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you choose to share information, and we cannot guarantee that your public content will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
Information We Collect Automatically
As you use the Services, we may automatically collect:
usage details (traffic data, logs, clicks, and interactions);
device and browser information;
IP address and approximate geolocation; and
performance and diagnostics data.
This information helps us:
operate and secure the Services;
understand usage and improve features;
personalize your experience;
detect fraud, abuse, and technical issues; and

enable playback, chart participation, Staking, and related features;
provide profile, sharing, and Artist tools;
administer rewards, missions, and other platform programs; and
provide customer support.
To Process Rewards, Redemption, and Compliance
determine reward eligibility;
administer reward distributions and redemptions;
process payout-related information (where applicable);
conduct identity verification, KYC, sanctions screening, tax documentation, and related compliance checks where required; and
prevent fraud, abuse, and manipulation.
To Communicate With You
send account and service-related notices;
send support responses;
notify you of changes to the Services, Terms of Use, Artist License Agreement, or this Privacy Policy; and
send updates about platform features, rewards, or programs.
To Improve and Secure the Services
analyze usage and trends;
debug and troubleshoot issues;
protect against fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse; and
maintain network and information systems security.
For Marketing and Promotions
send marketing communications about our own products or services (subject to your choices and applicable law);
support promotions, sponsorships, and platform campaigns; and
measure campaign effectiveness.
For Legal and Business Purposes
comply with law, regulation, legal process, and enforcement requests;
enforce our Terms of Use, Artist License Agreement, and other agreements;
protect the rights, property, and safety of AUDIOPOOL, users, Artists, sponsors, and others; and
support corporate transactions (e.g., merger, acquisition, asset sale).
We may also use your information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time you provide it or with your consent.
Fan Participation Data; Public Visibility and Sharing With Artists and Sponsors
AUDIOPOOL is a fan-powered music platform, and certain information related to your profile, wallet, and participation in chart features may be visible to others or shared with relevant third parties as part of the Services.
Publicly Visible Information
Certain information may be publicly visible through the Services and/or through blockchain records associated with platform activity, including:
your Web3 wallet address;
your user handle;
your public profile information (such as profile image, bio, and other profile content you choose to make available); and
certain participation activity (such as support/Staking activity), to the extent displayed in the Services or recorded onchain.
Information Shared Privately With Relevant Artists and Sponsors
We may share certain information with:
Artists whose Tracks you support or engage with; and
sponsors, brand partners, or reward partners involved in chart programs, rewards, reward fulfillment, or redemption,
where reasonably necessary for platform operations, artist analytics and fan engagement, reward administration, reward fulfillment or redemption, fraud prevention, compliance, customer support, or related Services operations.
This information may include:
your Web3 wallet address;
your user handle;
your profile information;
your legal name; and
your email address.
We do not share more information than is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose. Third parties receiving personal information from us are required to use it only for the authorized purpose and in accordance with applicable law and our contractual restrictions.
We may share personal information with relevant Artists and sponsors, and those parties may use that information for fan engagement, marketing, promotional outreach, and sales of their own products and services, subject to applicable law, user choices, and any applicable contractual restrictions. Artists and sponsors may not resell personal information obtained through the Services to third parties.
Where we share information with an Artist, we limit that sharing to the Artist(s) whose Track(s) you supported or engaged with, and only to the extent reasonably necessary for the applicable Services purpose.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information about users without restriction, where permitted by law.
We may disclose personal information that we collect or that you provide as described in this Privacy Policy:
1) To Service Providers and Vendors
To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and Services, including providers for:
hosting and infrastructure;
authentication and wallet services;
analytics;
customer support;
identity verification and compliance;
payout processing;
fraud prevention; and
communications and email delivery.
These parties are generally bound by contractual obligations to protect personal information and use it only for authorized purposes.
2) To Artists and Sponsors
As described in Fan Participation Data; Public Visibility and Sharing With Artists and Sponsors, we may share certain user information with relevant Artists and sponsors/brand partners for platform operations, fan engagement, rewards, redemption, compliance, and related purposes.
3) To Affiliates and Corporate Transaction Parties
To our subsidiaries, affiliates, and to a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets.
4) To Payment, Payout, and Compliance Providers
To payment processors, payout providers, financial institutions, identity verification vendors, compliance providers, and similar partners for reward distribution, tax documentation, fraud prevention, and compliance.
5) For Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose personal information:
to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to government or regulatory requests;
to enforce our Terms of Use, Artist License Agreement, and other agreements; and
if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of AUDIOPOOL, our users, Artists, sponsors, or others, including in connection with fraud prevention, security, or abuse investigations.
6) With Your Consent
For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information or with your consent.
Onchain Data and Public Blockchain Disclosures
Certain actions in the Services (including Staking, Unstaking, chart participation, and reward-related transactions) may be recorded on public blockchain networks. Blockchain records may include wallet addresses, timestamps, transaction data, smart contract addresses, and other onchain metadata.
Please note:
blockchain records may be publicly visible;
blockchain transactions are generally irreversible; and
blockchain records may be immutable, meaning they may not be deleted or modified.
AUDIOPOOL does not intend to place your legal name, email address, or similar account details onchain. You should not include personal information in Track metadata, profile content, or other content you submit that may become publicly visible or recorded onchain.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing.
You may also:
update certain account or profile information through your account settings (if available);
opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails; and
request account deletion by contacting us at support@audiopool.io (or through in-app tools, if available).
Please note that we may retain certain information as required or permitted by law, including for legal, tax, compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and enforcement purposes. In addition, certain information may remain publicly visible or may not be deleted or modified, including public blockchain records (such as onchain wallet activity) and content or data already shared with others as part of the Services.
We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
Accessing, Correcting, and Deleting Your Information
You may review and update certain account and profile information by logging into your account and visiting your account/profile settings.
You may also contact us at support@audiopool.io to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law.
Please note:
We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
We may not accommodate a request if doing so would violate law, legal obligations, or security requirements.
We may retain certain information as required by law, for fraud prevention, compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
Public blockchain records and certain onchain data may remain publicly visible and may not be deleted or modified.
Content or profile information you made public may remain visible in cached, archived, or copied versions outside our control.
Additional Rights for Certain Jurisdictions
U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable law (such as rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of certain processing, and portability).
Depending on where you live, and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share;
access a copy of your personal information;
request correction of inaccurate personal information;
request deletion of personal information;
opt out of targeted advertising, certain profiling, or certain sales/sharing of personal information (as defined by applicable law);

If you are a Nevada resident, you may also submit a request regarding Nevada’s limited sale opt-out rights at support@audiopool.io. However, we do not currently sell personal information in a way that triggers Nevada’s opt-out requirements.

If you are located in the UK or EEA, you may have additional data protection rights under applicable law, including rights to:
be informed about how we process your personal data;
access your personal data;
correct inaccurate data;
erase your data in certain circumstances;

Because AUDIOPOOL operates from the United States and may use service providers in multiple countries, your personal data may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States.
Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

In addition to the practices and rights discussed in this privacy policy, residents of the EU have certain additional rights and guidelines.

International Data Transfer
Because we operate the Platform from the US, your Personal Information may be transferred to the US and/or to countries or territories outside the EEA or Switzerland not recognized by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection pursuant to the GDPR. Where required, data transfers will be made subject to the terms of the applicable EU Standard Contractual Clauses or with your consent. Please note that onchain data recorded on public blockchain networks may remain publicly visible indefinitely and may not be deleted.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we use commercially reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for securing your devices. If you believe your account or wallet access has been compromised, contact us promptly at support@audiopool.io.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services, and may rely on third-party providers (such as authentication, wallet, payout, analytics, and sponsor/reward partners).
