AUDIOPOOL Privacy Policy
Last modified: March 23, 2026
Introduction
Audiopool Inc. ("AUDIOPOOL," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit or use https://www.audiopool.io/ and any related websites, applications, and services we operate (collectively, the "Services"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. AUDIOPOOL is a music discovery platform, and some features of the Services are designed to make participation visible, including Boosting activity, chart participation, and certain wallet-linked interactions. Because some participation features use blockchain infrastructure, certain related records may be public and may be immutable. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Use.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:
- on or through the Services;
- in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Services; and
- through your interactions with us in connection with the Services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected:
- offline or through any other means not described above; or
- by any third party (including through any website, app, or content, including advertisements, that may link to or be accessible from the Services), except as expressly described in this Privacy Policy.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to This Privacy Policy). Your continued use of the Services after we make changes is deemed acceptance of those changes, so please check this Privacy Policy periodically for updates.
Children Under 18
Our Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under 18 may use the Services or provide any information to us through the Services.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we may have information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at support@audiopool.io.
